Neroli Salon & Spa - Eastside

I had an appointment with Jasmine in April 2025. I did tell Jasmine I wanted it stacked in the back, longer in front and ears covered. Jasmine used a clipper and cut a swatch from my hairline at back of neck to crown of head. I only became aware of the damage to the back of my hair or rather lack of hair after I stopped her while she was cutting my hair above and around my ear. My appointment was over at this point. Jasmine and I spoke with the receptionist. Jasmine called what happened “A misunderstanding”. I said she didn’t listen to or hear my explicit instructions. The receptionist said there would be no charge and “it will grow” A very insensitive statement to say to a eighty year old woman. My hair on the back of my head is now long enough where I can go to a reputable company/hair

i honestly have never been to a salon that was so welcoming and clean. the person that did my hair was Ritchie and she was beyond AMAZING! she asked me tons of questions to be sure it’s what i wanted and the colors. tbh i wanted to post a 5 star review before she even finished because i was so happy. i came in with super orange hair and she had me feeling so confident afterwards.

I was charged a higher rate for my haircut with Sally than the price I had booked online. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was due to a monthly rate increase. However, this was not communicated upfront, and the lack of transparency was very disappointing. Customers should be informed of any price changes before booking or at least before payment, rather than being surprised at checkout. Won’t be coming here again.

By far best salon experience in Milwaukee. Daughters sweet 16 coming of age cut. Sam was the first stylist to ever create the exact look we were hoping for. Her technique and ability to connect was beyond extraordinary. The woman who greeted us showed us a kindness that touched our hearts, leaving us life long clients.

Cindy was really rude and judgmental, interrogating me about my hair care routine and giving unsolicited advice about my "frizz" that made me feel extremely self-conscious. She also tried to pressure sell me a $35 deep conditioning treatment, "I think your hair really needs this. It would really do good things for your hair" when all I wanted was a basic cut and dry. I have had great experiences with other stylists at Salon Neroli who are kind and helpful but I do not appreciate being talked down to and will not likely return.
