Kristen has been shaping my brows for 20+ years! She is SO knowledgeable, SO thorough, SO gifted and SO much more. Her work is more than brow care and design---it's artistry. I often get compliments on my brow shape and I love the confidence boost I get after seeing Kristen. Beyond all of this, Kristen is a beautiful person inside and out, and truly cares about her clients. Every single appointment with Kristen is like a mini therapy session for me, and I feel great afterwards every time! :-)

Amazing spa experience! I received the Udwarthana Herbal Exfoliation and added on the Shirodhara which was incredibly relaxing. Sydney was wonderful—professional, attentive, and made the whole experience feel personalized. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Neroli for many years, and always love going to the downtown spa. I typically love a relaxing whole body massage which is sooo relaxing. Makes me feel refreshed for days after. Highly recommend any of their massage therapists, have never been disappointed.
