Neroli Salon & Spa

Very disappointed. I came in for a trim, just to get my ends cut off. I have been to Neroli before so I thought anyone would be fine to schedule with. I saw Carmen and she was very nice but the hair cut did not turn out. She added in layers but they were so choppy. I didn’t notice until I got home and washed my hair. The ends aren’t even and there is so much space between the layers (as you can see in the pictures). Spent $80 plus and I don’t even went to wear it down because it’s so choppy. My friends even noticed how uneven it was!

I took a lot of time to think about doing a review and if I want to ever go back to Neroli after my most previous experience. I have gotten a blonde balayage from Neroli and for the most part I liked my hair. My most recent visit was absolutely terrible. The first two pictures are from my Brookfield experience. We agreed on my hair being a bit darker but then still blonde but it looked like my hair was dark with some hint of blonde highlights. The person doing my hair told me she was doing a harsher product under so it wouldn’t have to process as long. She also seemed like she was rushing the whole appointment. I've seen her twice and after the second visit I rescheduled another follow up for 10 weeks later. I really like her style and service, and felt we connected well. This is new to me, as previously I went to Vici Salon where I never had a "regular" stylist, so I was hoping to establish myself with someone. Yesterday, when I came in for my third visit/follow up, Audrey was not there and I learned the scheduler on the last visit just scheduled me with someone else. I recently visited this salon and spa for a 35-minute massage and arrived early with the intention of enjoying the relaxation experience beforehand. Unfortunately, that experience fell short of expectations. While in the locker room, there was a group of five women who were extremely loud and disruptive. I made several attempts to move away and access my locker quietly, but the environment was anything but relaxing. I was later informed that I would be escorted to the relaxation room; however, I declined because the same group was present there as well. Given how disruptive they were in the locker room, it did not feel like a calm or restorative space. Because of this, I ended up waiting in the locker room until my appointment time, despite arriving early specifically to enjoy the pre-mass

I haven’t been to Neroli’s for some time and decided to make an appointment again . I reserved time for a deep tissue massage with Steven. I’ve had deep tissue massages at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and at the Marriott Marquee in NYC, they were good , but Steven is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He understands the pressure points that need attention . My back and shoulders feel great for weeks after my appointment. He’s great. The whole staff at the Brookfield location is terrific. Would highly recommend.
