There is never a time when I don't want to go to Neptune's. It's therapeutic if you have arthritis, it's relaxing when your stressed out, it's a great place for a date. The owner is very knowledable about , well, everything.He takes his time to tell you what's expected of you,a lot of easy rules to follow....like how to make sure you keep the jacuzzis clean, he will know if your wearing any type of skin or hair products ,the jacuzzi itself will tell on you, and you'll be charged a cleaning fee (ouch) )( shower before you come or use the convienent private showers already in your private room) Neptune's has been here ever since I can remember and I hope it sticks around to enjoy until I'm 100! I recently had a chance to visit this place. Took my boyfriend as a bday gift just to relax in the warm jacuzzi. You know how people say “don’t judge a book by its cover “ seriously don’t. The guy wasn’t rude as many comments say he just wants to make sure you know the basic rules & understand how certain products could ruin the water &’ obvi don’t bring glass inside or near a pool of water. We ended up enjoying this place together a neat place to have a relaxing moment with your partner.. you’re able to listen to music , have a little drink as well they got a hot sauna I believe ? We didn’t ended up using it cause we ended up just loving the warm water. I do recommend this place. My boyfriend & I agree we will surely visit this place again. ☺️ also small tip bring youre body wash & shampo

SCAMMERS. I would give 0 Stars If i could. DO NOT, I repeat Don’t come here unless you want to be overcharged $400 for following basic rules like rinsing off before getting in a tub. Coming from a college student, this place is disgusting, smells like smoke, and the owner is extremely rude and shady. They also have some random lady in the back to help cover up and make you believe their shady plan. I wouldn’t have minded paying the normal fee, but this was clearly a scam. I’m currently trying to get my money back from months ago. Lesson learned if you’re smart, PLEASE go somewhere else. I will not be stopping until I get closure.

Yes the gentleman is talkative. If you listen to what he is saying he is making sure that you enjoy your experience from when you walk in to when you walk out.My experience was invigorating and relaxing.WHY because we LISTENED. .... No bubbles!!!
