She’s intentional, nurturing, and truly focuses on the areas you mention—plus she somehow finds knots you didn’t even know were there! I’ve told so many people about how magical her massages are and how healing they’ve been for me. I cannot recommend Cara enough! She’s conveniently located in Fondren at Rest and Recovery Wellness, which I also highly recommend.
