I consistentlv have a wonderful experience at Neo Nails! I visit frequently since they opened during COVID for my natural nai manicures and pedicures. The service is reliably excellent, although I prefer to work exclusively with Sunny. She consistently does an outstanding iob she is meticulous, gentle and ensures everything appears flawless each time Most of the staff I interact with during my visits are ncredibly friendly (Sunny Kevin, and Eric), welcoming and professional, and the salon is always tidy ano soothing. The owner, Eric, is also very kind and attentive ensuring that every customer feels at ease and satisfied. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and take pride ir their work. I highly recommend Neo Nails based on my persona experience.

Love the details, time and service. I got a full set pastel color French tip. It was beautiful! I have been going to many nail salons for over 2 yrs but I haven’t found one that I felt was reasonably priced and great quality! I think I found my spot. I don’t remember the gals name, but she’s young with glasses. I’ll be going back for her to do my mani moving forward. She’s incredible with her craft, service and details!

I came to get my birthday nails done on my birthday. I called earlier in the day for pricing. Full set and french and show them the picture of the polkadots so they can see it. They said 55 i said okay so i come in 3pm appointment and as we began the lady named Gen was like no full set and french is 65 I’m like what okay. I kept telling her to make the “U” of the french for perfect because she would draw it on and not even clean it. She was talking to her coworkers and laughing making me feel bad as I was on the phone with my cousin I was talking to her in my language too. And the nail lady goes “is she saying your nails are bad”. Implying that I’m telling her to keep fixing it. I said no. When I was really saying what was happening in that movement. I came as a walk in and within ten minutes they started on my nails. The guy doing my nails did a very great job and was very friendly. The nails turned out amazing and I love them. They were 50$ for this short of nails so if you come wanting to get longer just expect them to be a bit pricey.

My friends and I got manicures this past Saturday, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The polish started chipping and peeling off within just two days, which is far from acceptable. Typically, gel manicures last up to a week, so we were quite surprised and dissatisfied with the rapid deterioration of the polish. When I called the salon to address the issue, the response was even more surprising. The lady on the phone told me that their gel polish is expected to last only 45 hours. This is not what we expected, considering our past experiences with gel manicures elsewhere. Overall, we were not satisfied with the quality of the manicures or the customer service. We won't be returning to this salon and would not recommend it to others looking for a long-lasting gel manicur
