Neo Nail Spa

Neo Nail Spa is new salon. They are consistently amazing. Very professional. Friendly staff. Very elaborate designs and immaculate attention to detail. I love this place and that's the only place where I get my manicure done now.

What more can I say other than "I freakin LOVE this place!!!" From the receptionist, to the pedicures, to the manicures.. Cris is awesome, funny, and great at her work! And Joanna is amazing at getting my ideas done. The utter detail taken to my nails is amazing! I've always had to tell nail techs to not miss the sides or redo something, but not here! I've also had places shave down my nail so much it hurts or burns, not here! This place has become so popular with their work, so you NEED to make an appt! Which is ok with me :) good for them! Try Neo Nail Spa, you wont regret it!!

My nails two weeks later. The first time I had my nails done here, they were perfect. This time was not good. Nails ended up lumpy and inconsistent. Two of my nails are already lifting. *EDIT*I pulled off two acrylics because they were barely attached. Neo Nail spa 2620 Lakeville Hwy #340, Petaluma. I know the name of the tech that did my nails the first time, so I will be back and know who to ask for the next time I come in.

You know when you find a place that feels so special, you almost don't want other people to find out? That's how I feel about Neo. I had such an incredible, relaxing experience there. The space is brand new and immaculate, very serene. I felt welcomed and pampered from the moment I walked in. The women running the place are super cool and friendly, and offer a wealth of knowledge about different services they offer, as well as new trends and technology in nail design. One of the best mani/pedi experiences I've had. I've found "my place!" Thank you Maika and Joann!

BEST nail salon in Petaluma, and I’ve tried a lotttt of other salons. They take their time, and the result is very high quality. The prices are fair, and the staff is friendly. They even have a convenient text system for booking! And they do hard gel, which a lot of other places don’t offer, and can do just about any nail design! Just be sure to book at least week in advance, because they do book up.
