Great place for a good haircut I've been going for years

Not my first bad experience here. One time I went for a haircut, waited for my turn, then once the barber was done they proceeded to take 3 people that entered after me. Today really secured my opinion of this place though, went in to get my nephew a haircut, it had grown pretty long and we were looking to get him something high and tight. Upon asking for this on behalf of my nephew we received resistance from the barber and staff members ?? We weren’t trying to punish him, simply get him a clean haircut and the staff had a strong opinion on our request, even giving some pushback. I won’t be returning here again. There are cheaper spots with better customer service nearby.

My sons and I get our hair cuts from Marilou. She came highly recommend from family members and now she's the only one I go to. She always does a great job and the prices are good too.

Took my grandson here and got rude assistance. My daughter took him down and asked for a fade and a 2 on top. Something in me said go in so I did. And they wanted to do an 8 on top I said no I want a 2 and they said well that’s to short I said that’s what I want. They proceeded to speak in Spanish - we don’t speak Spanish but understand a lot. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t go here, this lady felt she knew better of what My grandson needed, they didn’t know why we wanted it short. I do understand Spanish! No Mendacious game here, if a client asks for a particular cut sure make your suggestion but if that’s what they ask for then it’s your JOB to provide that? May God Bless you in your future business.
