I love coming to this shop and the stylist who did my hair did a great job! The environment is welcoming and I’ve personally had a good experience here. However, during my recent visit I witnessed something that didn’t sit well with me. A client was charged $250 for medium long knotless braids, but the braids were not done all the way down to the ends and the finishing details didn’t look complete. After the style was dipped, the ends still didn’t look neat. The braids weren’t fully braided down, and her edges were not done. The stylist didn’t even bother to do the client edges and was done her hair. The owner so happened to see her edges not done ended up offering the client edge control so she could do her own edges. The staff are nice and friendly .The prices are reasonable. I got medium knotless they were cool but they used a little to much hair inside each braid which made them very heavy and more like traditional box braids.

I wish I had found this place sooner! This was my first and last visit,only because I'm about to begin my dreadlock journey—but it was truly a wonderful experience. My stylist did a beautiful job; I absolutely love my hair. And I was a walk-in! The owner was kind and professional, and so were all the other stylists. Highly recommend.

I used to come here only for my twist and now I see why I stopped my hair is only a week old and look like I had it in for a month they are just sliding out I told her small medium and she made them big don’t got here guys they used to be good they fell off.

They are rude as all hell in there. Lady in the second chair got mad I told her I had to be out by 4pm after being in the chair since 9am when they opened. The woman stopped to eat, try on a robe, and tried some perfume all while supposed to be doing my hair. She gave me an attitude even after tipping her before the service was even finished. I will never go back to them, the attitudes are not worth the experience of getting my hair braided.
