Nene Love, Locs

Professional, on time, always communicates, and has the level of maturity to match the experience. That is very hard to find these days with Stylist, specifically in or around the Atlanta area! She does a great job on my husband‘s Locs and was the first Stylist we have tried, that he wanted to rebook. She’s also great with freestyle/custom styling. Also, if a date and time is not listed on her website, every time we contacted her she’s always been very accommodating with her busy schedule. Very much appreciated. I wish I had found her when I had my locs. We WILL continue to book with her.

NeNe has been my loctitian for the past 2 years. I love her!!! She is friendly, genuine, creative, knowledgeable, and skilled in her crafts. Her hairstyles last longer. Her location in convenient to my home. She slays hair in whatever she does!!!!

Made an appointment for my son to have his hair re-twisted. He waited almost 2 hours. During that time she did not call me or let me know that there would be an additional wait time to have his hair done or explain the hold up. I called her to ask her what the holdup was and I also text her. She did not return the phone call or the text message. I would not recommend going to her she’s unprofessional. Even if she does great work customer service goes a long way. She requires a deposit for her appointments and she does not follow through and her customer service is poor: she has not called to apologize nor has she offered to return my deposit. Nene Love is very professional! I scheduled an appointment online through her website for a re-twist and style and she did an amazing job on my hair. My hair feels and looks great. She only uses natural products on your hair, she gets you in and out. Very respectful of time, and informative. She works within the barber shop, which is clean, and the staff is super friendly. I had a great conversation with everyone there. She even referred me to an amazing barber from JAMAICA!!!! Peace Bredren!! Whose also intelligent, friendly, and takes good care of each and every client that walks in. This location takes pride in everything they do. I am happy I chose this location. This was my first time taking my son to Nene for a retwist and she did a great job. His hair looked amazing. We went out afterward and had several people come up to us asking who did his hair. I definitely recommend her services but would suggest booking an appointment through her website to secure a spot because she does get very busy.
