Nena’s Nails Salon

I feel bad leaving negative reviews, but everyone needs to be aware that this place is not the place you go for nails. Their other services might be great, I don’t know, I only got a gel manicure, but I can assure you that this place really has no business calling itself a nail salon, unfortunately. Everyone in there seemed really nice, but again, they cannot possibly be nail technicians (at least not the girl I went to today). Not only did she remove my previous gel mechanically (instead of soaking them off), but also mechanically buffed my natural nails with what I can only assume is a tool meant for acrylics. Further, she was so aggressive with the cuticle clippers that 4 of my cuticles are now crusted with blood and the rest are really red and raw looking. I look like an avid nail bite

Excellent reception and amazing mani e pedi and nails extensions. Nena is amazing and she's so good at what she does! I totally recommend this place and you won't regret. And they have an excellent hairstylist and she does such a great job at coloring hairs and highlights. And also if you are looking for a facil or a body massage I really recommend Dani (she works there).

I am not from this area I work in this area and upon looking for the best nail salon to fix one nail, and reading reviews I was happy to visit this salon but unfortunately no one seem to speak English, children were sleeping in the waiting area couldn’t sit to wait the half hour they wanted me to wait, there were about 8-10 ladies.. it seemed more of family and friends and I couldn’t tell who where the workers. Sorry but as a customer service position I have I truly believe they could of made a better impression. Maybe the 4.7 reviews came from family and friends not actual customers 😏 but I was able to find a place called Chez Bella, right next to where I work I didn’t go there first because their reviews were not as good as Nena’s but they didn’t treat me very nice very welcoming very f

Honestly, don’t bother if you’re not Brazilian, or at least Portuguese-speaking. Anyone else will find their appointment shifted to the back of the line for the salon’s “preferred” customers aka their peers. Time wasted with money grabbing techniques such as claiming you have a fungus, when you have no such thing. Of course, then they’re available to provide service. Plenty of other salons willing to give you top tier customer service, no matter who you are. Edit: My experience was during 2020 and early 2021, with the original owner.

Have been coming here for about 5 months now and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else for my extensions. They always come out perfect and I love that I can also get designs. I always get so many compliments no matter where I go 💁🏻‍♀️💅🏻
