The stylist is incredibly talented — she knows exactly what works for my hair type and always takes her time to make sure everything comes out perfect. What I appreciate most is her professionalism and passion. She’s patient, gentle, and genuinely cares about the health of your hair, not just the style. I was told this salon had walk in appointments and they took their last customer at 5pm and after driving from NYC I arrived at 5:08 and they told me I was to late and they were very tired and turned me away. I was understanding and tried another attempt since they were highly recommended and I called them to book an appointment for the last customer before 5pm and was told "honey we're leaving now and we can't wait on you." I replied, "it will be well before 5pm." And Nelly replied, "well honey we can't wait on you we are leaving honey ". I said all of that to say they have poor customer service skills, especially for a possible new client. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I am sorry they were recommended to me. I debated on writing this reveiw, but I’m frustrated. I’ve gone to Nelly to get my extensions cut twice( my extensions were 100% human hair I purchased from yummy extenions) the hair cut was very nice. In November was the second time I went in for a hair cut. My appoint was for 12 pm. I get there, one of the girls washes my hair and puts me in the chair ruff drys it and goes to the back. Nelly is not there, I’m sitting waiting and waiting. I finally go to the back to ask if Nelly is coming to do my hair they says yes. Long story short she showed up at 2:30pm. I drive a little over an hour to get to this salon and have the same drive back home. I was little confused on why she gave me an appoint at 12 if she wasn’t going to be there for 2 hours a half hours later. She added 4 tapes to fil

Hi ladies, if anyone is looking for hair extensions, Nelly’s is the place to go. I had my extensions in for One year and 11 months. I just took them out yesterday and my hair is full healthy and my hair grew a lot from Remember, it’s where you go to get your hair done. I hope this helps reading five star.⭐️
