I had the pleasure of witnessing a truly heartwarming moment at Nellie’s Beauty Salon that reminded me how special this place is. One of the hairstylists had just finished working with an elderly client, and the level of care and kindness shown was above and beyond. After the appointment, the stylist took the time to text the client's daughter to let her know her mom was ready to be picked up. When the car arrived, she gently held the woman's arm, walked her outside with such patience, gave her a warm hug, and even helped her into the car. I am a adult make and have been going here for several years. Naomi is my barber and she always does great.

I had my hair done by Claudia, and unfortunately it was pretty TERRIBLE! I brought two different inspirations pictures and unfortunately got NOTHING close to them! I wanted heavy blonde highlights with a shadow root so it would be nice growing out a bit. Unfortunately I got chunky uneven highlights that were SUPPOSE to be all the way at the root but unfortunately she didn’t use correct technique so the highlights were about half an inch away from the room RIGHT away! There are also two sections where it looks like like the bleach came out the top of the foil and I have tiger stripe looking spots! Looks terrible honestly! I didn’t ask her to fix it because I was worried she would make it worst! So I had it redone at a different salon! I added photos of my hair and the gap from my scalp ATth

Considering the times, Nellie's is a salon that has been helping the community with their consistent services. I got a haircut and they clean their chairs and equipment before and after every cut/service. They are a pro mask establishment which makes me feel safe, and they take appointments as well. I really appreciate this salon and my family will continue to go here as long as they are here. ✌

The ladies here are so friendly and do great job cutting my husband and 2 sons hair. Their cost is very reasonable, and I am so glad they survived the pandemic!
