Talented and professional, excellent customer service
She was nice and I'm sure didn't mean to destroy my hair but she did.... the colors were awful and didn't blend. I left actually looking like an unemployed clown..... cam home own and died it black.. 🙄

I got my hair dyed. It was not the color that I asked for and they gave me layers. They messed up my hair bad. The layers were not blended some layers were longer than others. And she cut my hair shorter than I asked
i asked for a fade but they shaved my back head, my hairline was cricket, and was nothing like i imagined.
