I made a new year's resolution to restore the health of my hair. It was an on and off goal to find a stylist that skill set included restorative hair care. I didn't think it would be that difficult to find, but I was wrong. Many stylists I came across didn't include washing hair which is understandable depending on the service you're looking for. I decided to expand my geographic search on style seat which led me to discover Nikki. I didn't know what all was wrong with my hair nor what it would need to be healthy. I am glad that the consultation was mandatory because Nikki was able to put me on a plan to help me reach my hair goals over time. My experience at Nela's exceeds my expectations. I see Nikki as my stylist but mainly for my daughters hair. Not only does she provide a zen, and professional salon experience, her work is amazing. She's great at hair care, she walks you through every step while doing your hair and she's patient. I'll recommend this salon to anyone

I came in to get a relaxer with Mimi, the saturday before Mother's day. I called Nikki the owner earlier in the week, she gave me Mimi's number whom i text and made an appointment. I arrive at 9-9:15 for my 9:30 appointment so she wasnt waiting on me and we could say hi and meet...also i had to tinkle from my coffee, only to NOT be able to get in. Mimi wasn't there yet....she arrived 3 min after 9:30...ok thats fine, really no biggie....so we go in she gets settled in....i wait....she then says she needs to get neutralizing shampoo FROM THE STORE....ok i sit and wait....she returns with a bag of items and we begin the relaxer....mind you i brought my own Mizani relaxer in myself....she relaxes my hair...then she rinses and shampoos my hair....then she sent my scalp to the Swiss Alps, with

I love my hair my stylist Nikki she is the best. She is always on time and does my hair exactly how I want it. Wouldn’t trade her in for anyone else.
