Neil the Barber

I've lived locally for ~ 10 years and recently needed a new barber.... based on Neil's reviews, I decided to give him a try. Turns out, Neil really is the absolute best. Great communicator, positive vibe and an amazing haircut despite me bringing in a nasty head of hair. Neil's the real deal and if you're lucky enough to book with him, you'll be converted to his pack like the rest of us. 10/10, would recommend and zero things I could imagine being better. The BEST. He's been cutting my friends and mine hair since we were students at UR, and every time I'm in town from NYC a haircut with Neil is essential. Great conversation, amazing price, and most importantly a perfect haircut. He's the man, couldn't recommend enough.

I recently moved back to the area and needed to find a new barber. Neil is the real deal. Friendly, helpful, and gave me a fantastic hair cut. He’s my new go to barber in Rochester. Update: 3 years in, Neil is still my favorite barber in Rochester. I've flirted with other barbers, but you can't have a bad day after hanging out with Neil. He's consistent, fun to chat with, and gives a solid cut.
