I adore Neh Neh. She’s incredibly kind. My daughter always looks great with her hair.

This is not the place to go! Overpriced and the style is not even what you asked for. the quality of hair is not great either. When I was finished, I noticed so many knots at the end of the hair and had to ask for them to be cut out. I pointed out so many and she didn't even take the time to examine to see if there were more, I had to keep asking. For this to be you craft, I'm terribly disappointed in the service. I most definitely will not be spending my money in this establishment again. Also, they do not sanitize the hair tools. They just got from one head to another. I had to ask for the items to be cleaned before starting on my head. So outrageous!

These people damaged my hair and I came in for cornrows no extensions. They blowdriedb my hair and I told them to stop because my hair was already stretched and they tried detangling my hair with a rat tail comb after I told them to stop immediately each time they tried like the wide tooth comb wasn’t right there. Horrible service. Complaining bc I didn’t want extensions. Never step foot in here if you have long healthy hair. It’s 2025 and I have to cut my hair because of these people. My braids were in for 10 days.

I came to see Karen for box braids and LOVED the way my hair came out!! They saw the picture of the style I wanted and immediately got to work. Karen and her sister Nene were very friendly and professional. I requested that my edges be looser and they definitely made sure I was comfortable while braiding my hair. I was given a very low price and also given a discount which was fantastic! I loved that they had the hair there already for purchase, that made it convenient for me. The salon was very clean too. Once I left, I received several random compliments on the style and also women asking me for the location of Karen's shop. I immediately gave her info to them. I will be returning very soon, as I have two daughters that want to get their hair braided as well. Thanks again!!!

I went into Karen to get my hair done. It was last minute and she took me in right away. It took her about an hour and 30 minutes to do my large box braids. She is very friendly and I love my hair. I recommend anyone to come here and do their hair. She have reasonable prices.
