They were able to fit me in last minute, which I really appreciated! I asked for braids with a sew-in in the back, and they were super accommodating. They even offered me water while I was there. The price they quoted was very affordable, and the owner made sure I was happy with the style before I left. Chelsea was my main braider, and she did a great job!

I came in knowing I wanted to start my loc journey and Chelsea assured me the Ms Lilly would talk me through each step of the way and that she did. She explained every detail, analyzed my hair and made suggestions on how to start. I wasn't sure and continued to ask question and she continued to answer and then the process began. I ended up with locking my hair with added curly human hair due to my length. Both Chelsea and Ms Lilly were amazing from beginning all the way through the 9 1/2 hour process. The beginning looked just as good as the end. They ensured I was comfortable and set a beautiful atmosphere to make anyone feel right at home. Oh my goodness I could go on about this place forever! From the second, I got there they were super efficient. I had the same two girls working on my head the whole time, I felt very prioritized and it went by very quickly. I also LOVED how they were very intentional about how they were doing my hair to make sure it was the same if not better than the reference photo. i came here one day off a whim and stress when my previous braider unprofessionally FORGOT my appointment. I have been here 3 times. The first two times were fine but this last time I came in for a style I was quoted a price on.. not only did I not get what I came in for but it was not the best job done and they charged me separately for the hair which they didn’t do before. I had driven almost an hour to come to their salon on zero hours of sleep since I work 3rd shift. I feel extremely cheated this time around. Even the lady who runs the salon noticed the stylist not doing it the way I wanted at first and they still charged me extra for the hair they usually provide.
