This place is horrible stay far far away!!! They are a scam. Not only did the owner lie about the quality of hair and and the style. She said it was human hair and she sold me chemically fried hair that i couldent even brush out it was frizzy tangled and used bundles. My sister is a licensed cosmetologist and told me i got scammed. The hair install was so poorly done and loose thread were hanging off and they drenched the hair they sold me in oil saying it would make the frizz go away. For being "new" bundles it shouldent have needed all that. The owner saw a person that was new to this and took advantage. The place where they did the install was dusty and dirty insanitary and didnt even have the tools needed to do it properly. The hair she sold me not only was horrible quality i had to ha

I came for a wig install. She didn’t have anything needed for the install besides a comb and gel. She told me be careful by water because it will come off. And cut my wig unevenly. I was watching her steps and told her that the wig wasn’t even in the front to which “she told me I’m gonna fix it after I glue it on” then once it was glued on, she did not fix it. She didn’t color the lace of the wig, so the tones were off. And after all this, I was not able to get a refund. I would not recommend this place for install. I would MAYBE recommend them for braids.

Went and not only was able to purchase hair from the beauty supply I was able to set an appointment with Zahara for the very next day which was a last-minute appointment for my birthday and she got me in and got me out. Looking good smelling good feeling good I will be returning they are a bit on the expensive side. but if you calculate the drive all the way to Oakland or San Francisco where there's more urban hair supplies the gas is going to take you to get there and the snacks and food or whatever else is going to take you to get there while you're there it will cost you the same amount just to go ahead and buy it right here from Nefertiti's. and you will be putting the money into a black on business as well as back into Santa Clara county and until our community. Lawonna does such a great job with my hair. My dreads started off really short and within 6-months Ive seen exponential growth. The staff here is friendly and very welcoming.

Very weirdly run company. They have no online scheduling system. You have to call and when you do no one answers but then they send you a text message asking for a deposit for an appointment you haven't even booked. You haven't even spoken to anyone before they're asking for money, kinda seems like a scam. They have a picture of prices but tell you a higher price. I asked what could be done for the price in the picture, Leti said she would ask and never got back to me. Very rude and poor service.
