The owner is sweet as pie! I had my hair washed and blown out beautifully. They are a nice group of women with excellent talent. The price was so affordable. The hairdresser offered me a new style and I absolutely loved it. I would go there every week if I lived in fort meyers! Thank you ladies for your hospitality and excellent coffee.

Owner colored my hair the wrong color I mentioned how light the red was She told me wait until I washed it. I have a medical condition that kept me from returning for two weeks. When I came in to complain about the color; first she said its been two months (I had to go to a drs appointment and couldn't return for 2 days) When I returned I showed her the bank statement that it was only 2 1/2 weeks She said"what do you want me to do about it " She then stated she would fix it but was going to charge me another $100 that was the original price including a cut! Funny thing is another woman got a color and was only charged $40 Never never trust them to do right by their customers

Great place, the employees are super nice and comfortable to talk to, they did a keratine treatment and I returned for a hair color, i'm super happy with how my hair looks now. I will definitely recommend this salon.

I when to do a keratine treatment and immediately I had a allergy reaction. They wash my hair after the reaction and want to charge me 120 for not treatment I refused to pay and they had called the police on me forced me to pay for no keratine treatment. All they want is my money for nothing. I give one start to the staff that was a witness of everything that happent to me. The police advice me not to come back againg to this business.

Would not recommend - the owner is very nice but what I asked for (and was agreed on) to what actually was done on my hair by her employee were completely different things. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience including the employees manner.
