The experience was amazing! Lauren was patient and seemed to really be able to tell (without me saying) what areas needed extra work. Her techniques showed she truly knew what she was doing and it made an immediate difference. I have had a lot of massages and and would 10/10 recommend and revisit Lauren indefinitely!!! In January I went to Lauren with spasms in my upper back. Through a series of therapeutic sessions, she was able to relieve the tension and pain in addition to relief from regular migraines. Today I was able to have a relaxing full body massage and plan on not letting that tension creep back in with regular massages. I highly recommend Lauren for the skill and knowledge to meet any bodywork need!
