Several years ago, I had a terrible exercise injury to my pectoral muscle, which caused my shoulders hunch forward. It was too painful to pull them back. Jeanie at Necessities for Wellness listened to my concerns. She was able to help the healing process with what I call her magical hands. Since then, I've been huge fan of her and skills as a massage therapist. I've been to more than half a dozen massage therapists in the Fox Valley in more than a decade and I'd venture to say Jeanie's the best.
