Had a really nice experience here. Was able to look around freely and was asked if I needed any help finding anything. I was just browsing at first but then I did end up asking for help and buying some things. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Was looking for something else and the employee took a photo of it on my phone and said it would be here next week. That’s peak customer service. Large selection, good service.

I have visited this store a few times and I have had a great experience on each visit, which is why I hate to write a negative review on them, but I want to share my recent experience with them with others. I called to ask the price of an item, and the clerk politely responded with "we don't give out prices over the phone." Sounds like they're afraid of competition, but this is no way to compete. I was actually very close to the store when I called, but I refuse to do business with them anymore because of this policy. Even if Amazon was a couple of dollars cheaper for the item that I needed, I was prepared to pay a little more for the convenience of buying from their store and support a local business. Not a good way to serve your customers or potential customers folks.

Just go to Sally's, Ulta, or Sephora where you are valued, trusted, and most of all respected. Most of the products in this store cater to one group of people, but we still aren't appreciated for shopping here. How can you trust the quality of the products when the people selling them dont trust nor like you.

🚩Terrible. They watch you on the cameras from their phones. There was a false assumption that I was going to steal because I touched a pack of hair to determine the quality. One of the chinese men ran down on me and stood by me watching like a hawk for 10+ minutes today. I asked about the quality of hair, and why there wasn't a sample available then. In broken English he stated it's not provided. I mentioned not wanting to buy poor quality hair and was ignored. I will never come here again 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 👎🏾👎🏾 The Ambi products, Dove bodywash and deodorant are all fake beware!!!

Some of the isles are a lil tight but they literally have everything you need! And the prices are very good compared to some others beauty supply stores in the area
