Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

The facility itself is lovely, however there were a few details that left me not wanting to return. The “spa attendant” had such a brutish demeanor that trying to enjoy the facilities was less than relaxing. I witnessed her getting on to multiple groups for being too loud, none of which were actually disturbing anyone. If your rooms can’t handle quiet conversations maybe think about addressing some sound proofing measures. Lastly, and this may sound silly, but for the price of the services, a complementary glass of champagne would be such an easy thing to do, but when asked our group was told each glass would be $21. We politely declined due the aforementioned attendant’s attitude towards us even asking if it was possible to purchase one.

The services were amazing! I highly recommend adding the hot oil hair treatment and leaving it in as long as you can. The facility was just enjoyable for what you would expect from a 5 star facility. I was really hoping that there would be more to experience as I had planned for 3-4 hours relaxing in a tranquil environment. Here is what I found. The cold plunge fits one person at a time. The hot tub in the locker room was not quite warm enough. There is no indoor lounge that accommodates meditation just a waiting room. The outdoor lounge accommodates 3 comfortably but everyone coming in looks right down on you which is not ideal. Hawaii is still very into using masks be prepared to wear it during the massage even when face down. The facility is very clean and staff is very Gracious

I wrote a more in-depth review on the hotel's page, but I see that 3 years ago someone named Wes Webb left a review that mirrored my exact experience yesterday and I cannot believe it hasn't been fixed yet: when you book a couples massage on their website, it only books one person. So, you will show up to your couples massage and be told that only one person can participate & that two massage therapists are not available. The staff at the spa gaslit me, telling me that I booked it incorrectly and I needed to put two couples massages in the cart, etc. The hotel assistant manager on duty also told me this doesn't happen often but now I am seeing that this has been an issue for YEARS? Really unacceptable. Don't trust their website.

This is a lovely salon that feels very private with only two pedicure chairs. The chairs are comfortable and the salon is clean and they practice superb hygiene with each client. Yumiko greeted me warmly and did a great job with my pedicure. The pedicure massage is the best that I have had! It’s an actual massage and not just a ten minute rubdown. Thank you to Yumiko! I am happy that I decided to wait for my appointment at the outdoor courtyard because the soothing sounds of a fountain soothed my mind as I waited. This is now on my radar for a return visit.

I had an 80 min Warrior Massage with Damion and it was the very best deep tissue massage I’ve ever received. And I’ve had major back issues and get massages very regularly. I’ve had thousands. And he was hands down the very best. Found every muscle that needed help and worked everything out expertly. I was so impressed. I’ve never left a review before but felt compelled.
