Naty's Nai Bar & Spa

I made an appointment to get my nails done and drove all the way from Northampton to Springfield which is about a 40-minute drive. When I walked in the owner shook her head and yelled, “I texted you to come later!” (She had texted me only about five minutes before I arrived.) One of her staff members had called out, and instead of rescheduling that employee’s clients, the owner decided to take them on herself along with her own. As a result, my appointment was pushed back even though the nail tech I originally booked with was still there. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After this experience, I definitely won’t be returning.

I've had my nails done with Naty's Nails for over 10 years. I won't leave her or her team for any other techs or nail salons. Her and her team are dependable, loyal to a fault and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars 🌟 I would. Thank you Naty's nails for your support in not only helping me with my self care, but also supporting youth in the community by offering classes and connecting them to resources in becoming future entrepreneurs. Nail price is decent. Nails and especially design that last until the next fill is a luxury. If you can’t afford what you want your nails to look like then you should lower your standards. Her work is emulate. I’ve been with naty since she started up and she’s only gotten better. Will forever be her client!!!

Been coming to Natys for roughly about 5 years. Her work is immaculate & of quality. The nails last with proper care of course because nails are an accessory not tools. Her and her team are excellent and I will continue to travel the 30-40 minutes I do just for her and her services.

Kevin did the most amazing set of nails on me. He is a true artist! Will add photos soon but came here immediately to post because I am blown away! Quality and price unbeatable.
