We went to Mount Snow 3/22 and had massages at Nature Spa as a 50th Birthday celebration. I can't rave enough how wonderful our experience was!There were 6 of us and the spa added extra massage therapists to accommodate us. The whole day was seamless. Tracy, my therapist was amazing and my friends all raved about theirs!!The use of the pool, hot tub, steam room, gym, and sauna was out of this world! This experience will be part of our annual trip to Mount Snow from now on. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and accomodating as well. 10 out of 10 experience for us! We will be back! Thank you for such a nice day!

The staff is friendly, warm, and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. Camile gives the best massages I've had. As someone who spent years carrying rebar and now deals with back issues, I greatly appreciate what Camile is able to do for me. Every time I walk out of there after a massage, my body and mind are refreshed.

horrible experience, I wanted to purchase a day pass to the spa upon arriving to the spa. I was told that it was too late to buy a day pass, even though there were no times posted online and when I called earlier, they said just come in without mentioning a cut off time. After being told it’s too late to purchase a pass. members of the hotel staff and staff of the spa tried to convince the supervisor Deven. she did not budge instead of trying to come to a resolution. She quickly escalated the situation and not only started screaming at guests, but she was also making me nervous the way she was acting. she threatened to call the police and security. As someone pursuing a degree in hospitality, I can tell you this staff member knows nothing about hospitality and goes against almost everythin

Masseuses Camille and John were fantastic! They were so professional and nice. Even the front desk staff was helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that we could still hear screaming children from outside during our massage, as the bottom of some of the trails were on the other side of the wall.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. My massage therapist was truly an expert at both releasing tense muscles and helping me relax. I haven’t felt this great in a long time. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
