I will give them a 4 star. Employees are not as informative and friendly( shy) as they should be.I know different cultures act differently but in business you need employees who are talkative. They are well mannered but quiet. The girl at the entrance of the store handing out samples were awesome though. She even informed my daughters that they are hiring if they are interested. They are very helpful when approached by customers. As for the product, amazing. The best lipstick I ever invested in...IT'S MY PINK.💋 and both my daughters bought lip stains. We are very satisfied with our purchases. Fantastic skincare, please give it a try.

The manager who is the Korean girl,wear the glasses,sitting next the count desk ,She is the most unfriendly that I even met the Korean! I am the costume,I have some questions then I want to ask her, she didn't answer me ,I speaking English, my husband speaking korean! It happened in this morning! After that my husband told her : has this manager working in Korean store ? I must tell the honor! I think that not only us but also many customers had complained her! be sure!

The products are amazing but I was followed around in the store and the employees have off a feeling that I needed to but something and I was fine the first time cause the girl was extremely quiet and nice but then after she left two others came...

Not bad but now this store was closed.
