Nature nails is the best. They never mess up my nails in any way. French tips are always perfect and never uneven. They can always fit in walk ins if you're willing to take whoever is available (they are all great), and willing to be patient. If you want a specific nail tech, it's best to make an appointment. Prices are good. They use buckets with plastic liners (no jets) instead of pedicure chairs that have built in jets, which is much cleaner because jets are not sanitary and can't be cleaned between clients. I usually go to Tommy and I love him but when I have gone with no appointment, everyone who did my nails did a great job. Prices are affordable. My nails always last at least 3 weeks, which says a lot about their quality. I've even brought a few friends with me to try them out, and they were just as impressed. Whether it's a gel manicure or Gel-X nails, they can do it all--and their designs are on point. The staff is super friendly, and the overall experience is always a 10/10.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in for a simple manicure with no polish, as I am taking a break from nail color but still like to have my nails properly cleaned and trimmed. Unfortunately, the service I received was extremely poor and not up to standard. When I raised my concerns and returned to have the issue corrected, an employee named Brian accused me of being dishonest, despite the fact that I showed proof of my visit. This response was unprofessional and dismissive. The overall customer service and quality of work were unacceptable, and I would not recommend this salon to others.

Genuinely the worst pedicure I have ever received. Not a clean or relaxing place. No scrub or proper filing and left cuts and my cuticles a mess. The whole pedicure lasted only 20 minutes. I ended up going to a different place down the street to get it redone and the experience and attention was VASTLY better. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

Horrible customer service. Very dirty place and very rude people. They don’t even bother responding to you when you say hi or bye to them. Unfortunately the salon that I was always going to, went out of business due to the pandemic and I started using this place since everywhere else was closed and I just continued going to them despite the fact that they don’t even do a clean job. I made a pedicure appointment with Tina yesterday, got there few minutes before my appointment and right in front of my eyes she took someone else to the waxing room without even saying anything to me or apologizing for being late and she thinks that it has to be completely fine with me.
