Nature Coast Massage and Myofascial Release

I was so happy to find Natural Coast. After being recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I began learning more about ways to manage my pain and discovered that myofascial release can help relieve tension in the muscles and joints. I searched the John F. Barnes website to find a certified therapist in my area and was so pleased to find Liz. Liz is a wonderful massage therapist—knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely caring. Every session leaves me feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and with noticeable relief. I’m truly grateful to have found her and highly recommend Natural Coast to anyone looking for myofascial release or therapeutic bodywork.

Liz did wonders for my stiff neck. Not only did her hands heal but she also offered advice for home care which has helped relieve pain and stiffness. I recommend her highly.

Everyone should have a Liz in their life!!! I researched forever trying to find a therapist that was one, affordable, and two, actually good! Liz on the other hand is phenomenal and since I have been going to her I have not needed my regular steroid injections in my back and neck. They told me there was nothing I could do but live with the pain and the injections would make it tolerable. All lies!!! Since going to Liz I have woken up in less pain almost to none and I can move more freely without injections. Highly recommend giving her a try and see for yourself, game changer!!!! Thank you Liz!!
