It’s been about a month since my loc coloring. I’m a customer for life now, while living almost an hour away! (For reference, I have bra-length locs) Shawna colored my locs with such care. She was very informative, thorough, patient and professional. Clean workspace, fair pricing, perfect color! My previous experiences getting my hair colored left me stressed and sad but not this time. Smiling from ear to ear for weeks now. Shawna is the truth.

Shawna always does a great job when it comes to my locs. Every time I walk into her building. I leave a happy customer. I love that she listens to my concerns and treats my locs.

This is a little different for me to rate before receiving the service but I have to give the customer service an excellent rating! It is true first impressions mean everything! I was referred to Shawna after having a not so pleasant experience with another business. I have had the pleasure of communicating with Jayden who has shown so much professionalism and patience with me in providing the availability of and suggestions of the proper services I should have for my locs. I'm definitely impressed already.I look forward to having my first appointment soon!

Shawna is so friendly and patient. Took my nephew who is 5 years old to get starter locs. Most stylist are not patient with children. She interact with him. She is not the stylist who takes your money and not give you healthy hair tips. I highly recommend, Shawna!
