Cortney was very polite and professional. This was my first time getting braids and she understood exactly how to approach my hair to get the look I wanted. I went in with a lot concerns over mistakes I had done while Self-Retiring my locs. Cortney listened to my concerns and when I came back all my problems with holes in my locs, marrying thinner locs together and a detox were all addressed. I also felt comfortable at the salon parking and location. I left happy with the results and will schedule another appointment with Cortney!

I got the queen repair and a trim. The wash was good, my hair hydrated, my washer was also my stylist and we had good conversation. I have hair trauma from hairstylists never doing my hair right but I was recommended to go here and thought it’d be safe because it’s a natural hair salon. However, my hair salon trauma only grew. Not only was my hair uneven on both sides, the right being five to six inches longer than the left, but my right side was LAYERED heavily making it look like breakage while my right side was uniform length. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed my hair was uneven and I went to another stylist and she confirmed my hair had been messed up. This salon truly saved my son’s hair! I can’t thank them enough for fitting us in after he got a really bad haircut elsewhere. They worked an absolute miracle saving his length and giving him the best haircut he’s ever had. His curls are thriving and look amazing! We’re so grateful and will definitely be back. 💇‍♂️✨

Had my daughter go in to get her hair straightened and trimmed. The woman who met us was rather rude and dismissive. She burned my childs head over three time, and charged me $80 for using a basically just using a hot comb, I took her to a professional because I did not want to use a hot comb myself. I was under the impression that a professional would be able to do it better than me. I suppose not, as she was working on other clients during her scheduled appointment and being on her phone. We will not be back. The first picture is what she left with, the pictures after are what I was able to do with her hair before we went to the salon. It also took 3 hours and if there was a trim given, I can’t tell. Save your money.
