FANTASTIC job! My hair had fallen out, and she reattached the dreads. I have never been happier with my dreads! She is AMAZING!

Had a wonderful experience here. Didn't have to wait long to be seen, everyone was friendly, and my hair didn't take more than 4 hours to finish. I got Senegalese twist and they were beautiful. Last a while too. Would recommend this shop. Plan on returning to get my hair braided again.

Great with hair, customer service could be much better, her and her son need a customer service class to make the experience better and more inviting for customers. I feel like if I'm coming in to pay for something made an appointment for it, I shouldn't have to wait hours ,and I shouldn't be told I can't style your hair because I have other clients come back tomorrow, I shouldn't be told something that I came in for as simple as a wash and blow dry can't be done , or he doesn't feel like doing it because he has a cut on his finger, after watching him wash and retwist multiple customers and almost sitting for an hour for the service to be done he should not have come into work but as I said great with hair I give them that but that customer service is a no for me and never apologetic it's

I been a client for over 5 years now. Always gotten complements and inquiries about my locs. They wash and condition your hair with every appointment. And it's all included. They take pride in their work to keep you a loyal customer... No one else has ever touch my hair, nor will they ever!... Best in city!

This is hands down THE WORST experience I've ever had getting my hair done!!! The fact that I still have a full head of hair is remarkable. I used to come to this shop as a kid, but now it had gone downhill. I came in to get goddess locs. I provided my own hair and prepped my hair prior to the appointment. The owner then put two young ladies to tend to my tresses; little did I know that THEY WERE JUST LEARNING HOW TO DO THEM AT THAT VERY SECOND. They were rude, loud, and rushed through my hair. I went through 10 + hours of pure pain. They pulled on my hair till no end and "lost" my hair that I purchased. They decided to put half blonde hair in my head. My own mother had to come in and find the hair that they CARELESSLY put behind the dresser. As soon as I got home, the twists were alrea
