If you need a quick walk-in appointment while you’re in town at a nearby hotel or want to try something new outside your neighborhood, give this warm and inviting place a try. It’s so calm, peaceful and relaxing. Diana listened to me and took care of trimming my cuticles and shaping my nails as I wished while giving me a “buff and shine” for my hands. The basic pedicure was a treat as she massaged my calves and shaped by nails exactly as I wished. I am definitely retuning when I’m in town.

Naturale is my go-to for a manicure and pedicure! If you're planning to visit, I'd definitely recommend making a reservation. The front desk is so welcoming, and the person who answers the phone always greets me by name when I call, which makes the whole experience feel so much warmer from the start. It's just a few blocks from where I live, so it's super convenient, but honestly I'd make the trip regardless. It's always a joy to support a community-driven business like this. Highly recommend!

Got my nails done recently with the Japanese Gel. My understanding is that this type of gel is supposed to last longer than the average gel. Unfortunately, my nails started chipping four days after getting them done. The salon has a policy where they will fix your nails for free if they start chipping within two weeks. So I made an appointment to get them fixed. By the time I made it in, 8 nails had chipped. To add insult to injury, they sent me back to the same technician who did them the first time. She redid all 8 nails. One chipped the next day. I’m now a week out from the second set and 8 are chipped again. I don’t know if it’s the type of gel or the technician, but I will not be back.

I’ve gotten a lot of manicures over the years mostly in New York City, but was visiting family in Philly and was very happy with my experience here. I actually got a pedicure during my visit. The facility is nice and clean and spacious and the technician definitely knows what she’s doing. She did a great job and I would definitely come back. The staff is friendly also.

I booked an appointment for the same day, it was easy. I was expecting about an hour and a half appointment to remove gel polish and get a mani-pedi. The tech was fast and meticulous; the space was clean and quiet. I can't stop looking at my nails.
