I've been going for approx. 2 years, and they are familiar with my routine. My brows get wax the exact way everytime and is very neat. I have sensitive skin so they are careful and pay attention to my request. The facial wax/ thread is by far the cleanest i've experienced. I also do the brazilian wax and i am shy but comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

They need to work on their customer service skills, I’m a frequent customer I just went in today hoping to get my eyebrows threaded and no one acknowledged or greeted me. I assumed it was empty until I saw an employee in the back room having her lunch. She looked at me and rudely said to have a seat she continued to eat without informing me an employee would be coming to take care of me I left quickly, very unprofessional and rude.

I was hesitant at first to try out this place because there were no reviews. However, I decided to go in because they offered eyebrow threading for a very affordable price ($4) and the place looked very clean. There were two people working there and they seemed like they knew what they were doing. The whole process was very quick and inexpensive and they did a good job. I would come back here again.

Cleanest and most coolest place they do have lunch breaks cause they are humans and deserve breaks and they try their best to make people to feel like they are being treated well

Pinky is the best! She’s been doing my Brazilian wax for the past year and she knows how to wax with minimal pain. Highly recommend!
