The atmosphere here is amazing and the staff make you feel like family. They are VERY knowledgeable about the work they do and give you the “free” advice to keep yourself maintained even if you have to skip a session or so (which I don’t recommend because I love it here). They do it all here from haircuts, loc re-twist, I even got my lady her nails done here😅…all is done with patience and professionalism. I wish it was more stars to give but unfortunately there’s only 5.

Took my son this afternoon, and instantly we both felt welcomed and knew we had chosen the right place, to help us start his lock journey. The ladies at Natural Sistah Salon & Spa, will get you right! Clean, great atmosphere, and professional salon. I got my hair loc'd a week ago and I just took the style down to get the crinkly look with my locs, and all I have to say is, my Loctician did an AMAZING job with my hair!! My Loctician is Tonya who is also the owner of the shop!! She's the BEST at what she does! The hair oil that she provided to me after my hair appointment is amazing as well! This is an honest opinion that I literally trimmed my undercut because it had grown since my last appointment and literally four days later after applying the oil, my undercut is growing back in fast! I truly recommend the hair oil for anyone on their hair journey!! ✨️ Furthermore, the customer service and entire atmosphere of the shop is so welcoming and a very peaceful experience!! I bring both my sons to Tonya and they love her. Very professional and she loves what she does. The Shop is immaculate amazing environment.
