Rating does not reflect the quality of work (stylist is very good at her craft). 3 stars because of the lack of respect for time. Appointment took 4.5 hours. It was clear there were double bookings. There was no conversation or apology to me that this was the case. Stylist stopped working with one client to begin another client. The stopped again during another client to continue working on the other client who arrived 2 hours after my appointment. For a well as the end result turned out, I will not return because it doesn't assist problematic to them that the appointment took over 2 hours when at most it should have lasted 2.5. And again, no apology, no acknowledgement.

I was a little nervous trying this salon out because of all the 1-star reviews but it was a great experience! Karen was very professional. She saw me right on time and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I have curly, natural hair. Her daughters and granddaughter were there too and it was a nice family atmosphere. The space was clean and cute. Will definitely go back.

This by far is the worst experience I have ever had at a salon in my life. Prior to my appointment I called to introduce myself to Karen and let her know that I wanted clip-ins installed, after all this would be my first time visiting the salon. She assured me that whatever I needed to be done she was capable of doing. I had a 11:00 appointment, I finally got in Karen’s chair at 3:30 after watching her complete 2 weave styles. She never acknowledged me or better yet she didn’t even apologized for being triple booked. After washing my hair I asked for my hair to be blown out with a paddle brush with minimal heat. She struggled horribly with completing this task, my hair was still damp at the roots. When I gave her my clips ins and she fumbled and seemed to be confused. She expressed frust

Amazing first experience! Highly recommend for those looking for a Salon Home for curly hair

I would not recommend this place especially for those with natural hair. I asked for a blow out, straightening, cut, plus styling and the shampoo girl said it’s achievable but I received none of it when I reached the stylist. I asked if I could show the stylist a photo of my inspo and she declined as if she knew what she was doing. She didn’t offer extra services so I can achieve my look nor did she offer recommendations for a hairstyle if she wasn’t able to deliver what I asked for. I also noticed extreme heat damage to my natural hair once my wash day came and it shows that the stylist did not use heat protection. I’ve straightened my natural hair for over ten year and never experienced heat damage like this, now I hair to chop off my hair. I left with a hairstyle I could’ve done myself
