Natural Nails Spa

The girls have been friendly... but don't do what was asked. I have asked for soft nail that is on the menu. One of the ladies had a difficulty explaining but i was able to get an idea. The lady who did my nail proceeded to do something else - acrylic set. I even asked x2 or x3 if it's soft set and she said yes. In the end, she charged me for the soft set which is more expensive than acrylic. I liked coming here because the ladies do a good job but not when they lie.

When I walked in I first asked if they could do “PolyGel” since I recently found out I have an allergy to an active ingredient in acrylic powder. (I’ve done plenty of sets with others and had no reaction) the man at the front (John) advised they did and it was the GelX price. I then showed the design of what I wanted and asked if this were possible for them to do and Coffin/narrow shape, I said if not that is fine I can do another design. He said he was able to do it. Upon starting, he was really rough and acted as if he did not want to be there. When he started I had received a few messages as some of my family was visiting out of town and I had a work emergency I was resolving. I ensured I would use the hand he wasn’t touching.

Nice and friendly staff. Always listen to my need and want. Good customer service is a plus. Even for few days I broke my nails call in or stopped by or anything happen to my nails by an accident. They’re always happy to fix for me not even charge for it. Would said see you next time. Thanks for make my nails beautiful and love my deluxe FireWalker Pedicure. It was fabulous!

Natural Nails & Spa is a wonderful nail shop! It’s very clean and everyone courteous! Vanessa is always great, does beautiful work and is super nice!

Friendly staffs and great service. They care about doing good job. What I really like the most is that they take their time and effort to provide excellent services. We had gel pedicures and manicures. Everyone feels happy and pampered. Definitely will come back to this place for our nail services. Highly recommend everyone.
