I believe in writing honest reviews, especially when it comes to spending money on personal care, which is already a luxury these days. I had an appointment for a pedicure at Natural Nails and Skincare in Willow Oaks Village Square today, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. I decided to try this location again because I received a 10% discount, but in the end, I feel like I wasted both my time and money. The service was rushed, which made the experience anything but relaxing—definitely not the soothing pedicure I had hoped for. I left feeling no better than when I walked in. If you're looking for a quality pedicure, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Your feet—and your wallet—deserve better.

If you want the best, most relaxing pedicure of your life, go here and ask for Tom. I got the jelly pedicure and it was so worth it. Highly impressed with everything from start to finish.

I have been going here for years and never once regretted it! The person who does the most amazing at nails is Tom he's awesome and very precise and he makes sure it looks perfect before he moves on which I love because i don't even have to say hey can you fix that because he's already fixed it!! All of them are very professional though and Toms wife Terry also works wonders with nails and face waxing! I love Linda (the owner) shes the sweetest thing ever and when she sees you she always makes sure your happy! She's one of the kin people ive met! I love natural nails and plan to definitely keep going here!!

this was my second time at this salon, the first time the lady did a super great job, but cut about 8 of my fingers, to the point where the cuticles were scabbed over. today, i got there at 5:22pm, i held the door open for a lady with a bunch of bags, and 3 of the employees were walking out, the man said to me “are you here to make an appointment?” me being confused because they don’t close for another 2.5 hours, i said “no? i would like to get my nails done. are you guys closing?” and they started speaking amongst themselves as I am awkwardly holding the door open. one of the ladies comes back inside and directs me where to sit, when we sit down i pull up two designs on my phone and said i would like to do one of these two, whichever one would be easiest for you. she seemed to agree by sh
