Natural Nails

I have been going to Natural Nails for about 15 or more years. I have been there through 3 owners & I still love the service I get. Dawn is my nail tech as well as the owner & I love her. Her work is excellent & the staff always make me feel welcomed.

I had been an occasional customer and generally enjoyed my experiences with the nail technician. However, I will not be returning after my most recent visit. During my last appointment, I was extremely disappointed by the owner’s behavior. When I asked about the nail technician I had a scheduled appointment with—who was not present at the time—the owner responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. I chose to wait because I valued the technician’s work, but the owner continued to be discourteous, including during checkout. Additionally, following my pedicure, I developed a fungal infection on my toenail, which ultimately resulted in the loss of the nail. Throughout the visit, the owner spoke to the nail technician in Vietnamese, which added to my discomfort, as I was unsure what was being

I've been going here for years, and honestly I always look forward to spa day. They have amazing colors and all the staff are really nice. These were my latest nails and they were done so well. No pain, and she was attentive. Definitely give this place a look if you're shopping for self care.

Dirty pedicure bowl. Disgusting dusty fan they point on you. The bottom of my feet are so scratchy from the “callus treatment”. The bathroom smelled/looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Tons of fruit flies around. Just gross.

First time! But so glad I did visit...my tech so nice, helpful, patient while I find my color, and didnt over chat... In about an hour..brand new hands & feet! $30 hands & $20 Will come again, I was very comfortable.
