Natural Nails

I booked my appointment for 11AM got there at 10:45. Waited a whole hour just for the lady to cut my big toe with the nail drill. Then the owner did a horrible job with my nails. They look like something a beginner nail tech could have done. The cuticles do not look nice. The acrylics weren’t blended well like ombré is supposed to be. He did a subpar below below below average job for someone who has had this store for years. What I wanted vs. what I got.

I randomly found a shop to remove my nails. When I walked in, the staff rudely asked me where I got my nails done. I said I just wanted to remove my nails, and then she took me to a stool and continued to wash other customers' feet. After serving other customers' feet, she started to remove my nails without washing her hands. She was very rude to cut my nails with nail clippers. I said my nails were made of nail gel, and she rudely pulled them hard by a nail clippers. I pulled my hand back several times because she pulled my nail in pain, but she still forced my nails down. My nails are all broken now and she forced me to tip her before leaving.

Over the years these guys have gone from Bad to worse with customer service, my trip today will be the last for this business. I had asked for a gel pedicure, the technician failed to understand my ask and gave me a regular pedicure, when I asked that I wanted gel, she yelled at me and pointed to the camera saying I was lying. Stomped back and kept cribbing to another technician in a different language until I told them their behavior was rude and not professional. The owner did not intervene either and I was charged more than the listed price. Unhygienic place and poor customer service!!!

Very unwelcoming environment: If you want a good price, 40$, this one will work out. But, the problem is how they assist you. No welcoming, no conversation to at least make you feel like it's worth coming there, and just their language, they assume you don't understand, they are rude enough to judge the color you choose and think you won't understand their language. Plus, they look like they just want to go home. I don't blame them, but customer service is what counts the most, it's part of business.

Awful experience. I could not understand what my nail technician was saying to me, not sure if she understood what I was trying to say. I went to get a gel french manicure. She never told me where to pick my nail color for, so when I realized she was about to start the painting, i told her i wanted a soft, nude color that resembles my natural hair color. I don't know if she understood me, and so i picked out a tone i liked in a none gel polish and told her i wanted something similar but in gel. She just kept yelling at me that that was a regular polish not gel. I kept telling her that I understood and that I wanted a similar color in gel. She did not seem to understand me, and sounded like she started complaining to either her friend or a coworker (not sure who it was) in her language. She
