Natural Nails

I have been coming to natural nails for about 8 years now. Only salon I will go to! Very friendly staff and do great work! Never had a complaint! Highly recommend 😃 absolutely love my holiday nails! I always walk in and get helped instantly thank you for everything throughout the years❤️

I don’t usually do reviews or complain for that matter but here I am. I have gone to this salon a few times so today I decided to treat myself. I just needed them to be painted. I asked for French ombré and showed a picture. When I left I rushed out but ended up going back almost immediately because they came out HORRIBLE. If they couldn’t do something I would rather they be honest then tell me they can… they’re streaky and look like my niece did them. I went back and asked for a refund but they kept refusing.. told me they can redo them which I refused because I’d rather do them at home at this point. They kept refusing to give me my money back saying “they don’t do refunds”….. I have NEVER heard that from a business before. Needless to say I paid $36 AND $10 tip for nails that I will be

**Long Review** I do not often or really ever leave reviews but I have to tell about the horrible experience I had at this salon. You couldn’t pay me to go back. My friend and I decided to try this nail salon because of the good reviews we saw on Google and it halfway between the two of us. I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with a nail service! We walked in and there was nobody in the salon except the 2 technicians and the receptionist. Odd for a 1PM on a Saturday but not alarming. After the treatment we received we understand now why it was empty. The gel pedicures we received were average at best. Nothing special was done. Absolutely perfect! Helen was amazing, gentle, friendly and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect! My idea ended up exactly how I wanted on my nails! I couldn’t be any happier! 100% worth it!

Terrible place. Extremely dirty in there and I was charged an extra $10 for the color (I picked a solid color) and an extra $5 to “shape my nails.” I do not recommend, will never go back.
