Natural Nails

The day i went, the man working was so unbelievably rude.we were quoted a 10 minute wait, and waited over 1 1/2 hours. He yelled at me multiple times, once was because I asked him if he was still doing my pedicure, and he told me I never said I wanted a pedicure. My mother in law wanted regular polish manicure with no pedicure, but made her get gel because he “couldn’t do regular polish” because it would look bad. Within three days of getting my nails done, they started lifting, and one popped off. I ended up getting them removed at another salon , but when removing, the nail tech told me they had used MMA for the acrylic. My nails are now completely damaged. Will never return here again.

I meant to actually write on my review, but I did not due to graduation, but I just wanted to say that I have never had such a great customer experience at any nail location we had went to about three or four different stops before coming here, and everyone told us even though it was hours before closing, and they had no one in there that they were not taking any more people for the day but here they have tons of people there already and had no problem with accepting our business. That was the first thing that was great. Then after as we are getting our nails done, we had such a great time they kept us laughing. We’re willing to do what we asked him to do with no problem. It was just an overall great experience. Everyone in there had smiles on there faces and worked so hard. Special thanks

Just came in to get one nail fixed that they had previously done. They asked me to have a seat. 3 people came in after me. Two were getting a pedicure and another was getting her nails done. They started on all 3 of them before me. I asked the gentleman are they going to get to me. He said just wait a little bit ok. I sat there for a few minutes and just left. That was totally unprofessional! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!

My two daughters had their nails done. One turned out great. The other took three times the amount of time. Took forever. One just chipped the next day, they started to crack, and three chipped the day after. I get sometimes a nail may chip, but this is crazy for $40.00.

We attempted to call and make an appointment. The phone line was busy. Once we entered the building, it took them one full minute for a staff member to acknowledge our presence, although there appeared to be several employees available to provide service. We attempted to communicate with the staff. However, they spoke only to one another. We left because we felt snubbed. Overall I was dissatisfied with the selection of nail polishes on display. It looked opportunistic with the many stations. It was a spacious location. However, that did not make us feel welcomed or appropriated the opportunity to provide us a service.
