TRASH AND I MEAN LANDFILL!!!! If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!! I have been coming to this place for YEARS to get a pedicure! No issues with the pedicure until now! I went in on FRIDAY, 8/29 at 5PM. It was myself and 1 other person being serviced. As the time passed, traffic picked up so the owner began to rush on my feet. As a result, my polish came off Sunday after I took my evening shower.i called Monday and they were closed. I called Tuesday and the rude husband answers the phone. I explain to him my issue and he says they can “fix for me.” I asked if they would wait until 7:30 because I’m coming from Raleigh. He said “NO!” I asked for a refund. He says “WE CAN DO NO MONEY BACK!” Suddenly, the wife comes on the phone with the SAME ENERGY! I am appalled! Needless

Natural nails has poor service doing nails the acrylic lifted 1 week later the gel nail polish peeled also they not friendly there either they take people money then act like its right with poor service

I came around 530 to get a soak off and the owner said they don’t do soak offs. Tone was Very rude and snappy this was my first time coming here. I looked at the nail menu and it says that they do Neil take off for $12. Then the owner said she couldn’t take my nails off because they were powder and my nails were new. I’ve had my current sent home for three weeks and only use gel nail polish. There was no dip powders involved she just didn’t want to do the service. Go down the street to Lindas nails, customer service, pricing and experience is better and worth it!

I have went into salon several times and I believe in giving people second chances sometimes even three chances though this particular Friday I understand thoroughly why people stopped going to this nail salon the customer service sucks very unprofessional speaks low-level English with a nasty attitude you can only imagine how that sounds needless to say I would never go into that nasty nasty nail salon again to the lady that's a so-called manager they did my manicure that day I will pray for you because the universe is going to circle back around to you and you're not going to remember how you did me that day I wish you luck!!!!!?

Very rude customer service the polish is watered down don't ladt long an chips very easily they get mad if you ask for a mask the guy works there be coughing when a nail break n you go get it repaired it don't last long it falls off in 2 weeks I'll never go to natural nails again on roxboro rd across from churchs chicken bad customer service an the lady in there never smiles or tell you thank you for your services now I see why it be empty everytime I go there no customers considering the place it's located at it should be full but it's not now I see why I'll never go back there even if it's the last nail salon in durhan nc the lady is rude an careless
