Natural Nails

My first time here was good. The second time was ok, I go to the nail salon for relaxation but that day there were three toddlers running around. (Customers children) but still it took away from the experience. Third time! I called the day before to make an appointment at 10. I get there at 9:59am and the lady said can I help you. I said yes I have an appt at 10, they all say with who. I said I’m not sure the person on the phone just took my name and number. She said ok. I sat down, 15 minutes passed, someone else walked in, no appointment. They take her next. I still waited because I figured that tech doesn’t do dip powder. 45 minutes pass by, all techs are busy & no one has yet to say a word to me. So I got up and walked out. It’s all about the customer service sometimes.

They'll take walk-ins start your nails then make you wait 15 minutes while they cater to their appointments who come in while your getting your nails done. This is a major turn off. Don't take the walk in if you can't fully service them. The money is still the same. Time to shop for new shop

It was my first time using this place. I went for a refill and pedicure on a Saturday afternoon, by Sunday morning, my nails had white residues all over them and they looked like I had them for over 2-3 weeks (See pictures- yes, that was the next day!!!) Even my toes started chipping in just 2 days. I was shocked! In my many years of doing my nails, I've never experienced something like this. While I was getting my nails done another customer complained about the bad quality of the nail polish, so I believe they are either tampering with the polish or using really cheap ones. Although the price is good, I wouldn't recommend them because your nails will look rough after just a few hours!

This place was great! Took me in as a walk-in. The ladies were welcoming, friendly and they did an awesome job! Bet you can’t tell which nail was broken??? 😜. Ask for Lisa or Dianne!

Amy is my girl and Yen is my husband's you float out your feet feel so good. I can get a picture off the net and she can do it. I'm already for the 4th.
