Natural Nails

I was incredibly disappointed by the male nail tech today. This was my first time ever getting my nails done. I was so excited. The first thing he did was grab my arm and shake it, presumably to tell me I was too stiff? I dont know. He didn't speak to me. Didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails. From the moment I sat down, he was speaking to the other nail techs in their native language and laughing. Not a word to me. I have Tourettes syndrome, which manifests in a sound that's similar to a hiccup. He asked if I needed a drink and I said "No, I just have tourettes." He proceeded to laugh at me while making a comment to another nail tech. And laughed again every time I had a tic after that. First time customer at Natural Nails and I’d like to first say I rarely leave reviews on google or anywhere for that matter. However, my experience today was well worth me leaving a 5 star review. It’s a very warm, friendly atmosphere. My nail technician did a wonderful job and I could tell he was very experienced and skilled. Also would like to comment on how clean and professional the whole experience was. Will 100% be returning again as a repeat customer!

This is my favorite nail salon!! I have tried several in the area. Amanda and her staff are all very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the money. The salon is always very clean and pleasant. Thanks Amanda for all you do!! ☺️

Me and a friend of mine had gone here to get our nails done today and I’m speaking on behalf of my friend in this review. The guy who work here was very rough with my friends nails and hands and at one point even smacked her hand. Which is extremely unprofessional in any setting! This was her first time going to get her nails done and I recommended going to this place as I have been here before and know of other who have been loyal customers here and this was absolutely the worst experience I have ever seen /been around. I do not believe this guy should be working here any longer if he is going to hit people’s hands while working on them. The guy also failed to ask her what shape she wanted, applied way too much acrylic and was actively talking about her in his own language which is also u
