NATURAL NAIL SPA

I gave 5 stars even though my first experience with Natural nails was a disaster. I got the French manicure dip and within 3 days 3 nails broke right where the white started. It actually damaged my real nails. I was hesitant about going back, but I’m glad I did. Nancy the owner was there and she didn’t hesitate at all to make it right and she actually recognized the poor quality of work that was done. She took no time to get me into her chair where she had to reapply a brand new set. I am SO HAPPY with the end result! They are absolutely gorgeous! She was very understanding and she actually took her time to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I had been looking for a new nail place and thought this one was a lost cause until I met Nancy. I think I finally found my nail salon. Thank you Natural

I just moved here last week and needed to try a new nail salon. When I walked in it smelt like sewer. I should have turned around then. The lady took an hour just to take off the acrylic that was on my nails then I said I had to go she wanted to charge me $40!!!! No polish or anything! Her and the manager were working on my nails since she took so long. She cut my natural long nails all the way down to nubs.. So I stood up, she agreed just to charge me $20, so I paid and walked out.

Hi my name is denise and I really enjoyed my experience here. The lady was so sweet and took me as a walk in very last minute. I showed her a design and my nails looked just like that design. Y’all need to go get your nails DONE HERE. And if you do go ask for NIKI. She did my special design and she did so well I ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND HER! These Halloween nails are FIRE

I went today and we were sat very fast, that was the only good thing. After we had been sat she asked me what I wanted and I told her I would like a pedicure with white french tip. Then she proceeded to rush through the whole thing. When she scrubbed, she just rubbed the bottom of my foot. She did ask if I liked it on the first big toe she painted and I did, it’s the only one that looks well done. After that it just went down hill. My nails are uneven on both feet and the polish is uneven, lines are jagged. Pedicure said it should be 30-40 mins, she started at 11:04 ish and was done by like 11:27 ish. I will not be returning. I paid 55 dollars, if I am paying that much for a service, we as people expect and we should receive the quality service that we pay for. Completely a waste of time a
