I’m very very disappointed in my experience I had with them. I love them all I do. They were nice but the way I was there for almost an hour just for my nails to turn out looking like a 5 toddler did them really disappointed me. It came out to 75$ and I do not think it was worth it. When he was shaving down my nails he got my skin and it hurt like stung for days. No hate to them but I do not think my experience let alone the disappointment I have to look at on my nails everyday :( it’s sad because I really thought they would come out beautiful. But they did not. No hate to any of them just wish I could get a refund.

i’m not even the type to leave reviews but i had such a horrible experience here. the woman who did my nails didn’t clean my cuticles, she kept cutting me. my fingers are literally in so much pain. the paint job is a mess too. not only that but she waxed off my whole eyebrow literally.. the beginning of my eyebrow is gone. why did she go so far back? no clue. i don’t know how someone can mess up that bad. and there’s still hair everywhere. like i’m blown away by how bad of a service this is 😭 i just paid and left because i was so over it. don’t come here. it’s like they were rushing even though the shop was empty. i’ve never had an experience like this with any other nail shop. truly disappointing and a waste of money.

Always satisfied with my nail service experience... I usually request Vinny but he wasn't available today and I love the work i received.... purple ones were done today... my st. Patty's set...Vinny did ♡ my waxing experience was so gentle n great today too!!

Nice and clean atmosphere. Typically can be serviced immediately upon arrival. Prices are very reasonable. I usually go with my 89 year old Grandmother who is blind. She loves to get a pedi & mani. The staff at Natural Nail are very accommodating to her disability. Definitely recommend. Recently I’ve started making appts with Ann instead of being serviced by whomever is available.

the most PAINFUL manicure i have ever had. i had 3 fingers bleeding during the service and the man who was doing my nails completely disregarded it. my fingers were burning and he completely cut off my cuticles is what it felt like. he was extremely rushed, just so he could go behind the counter & eat his lunch. i have a high pain tolerance but the feeling of my cuticles bleeding and stinging was really horrible. my pedicure on the other hand was amazing. she did such a great job, was very precise, took her time and it was relaxing.
