Waste of time trying to even get an appointment. Have it available on the website then you have to wait for them to accept. WHY have it available on the website. Very unprofessional! If you aren’t taking new clients then don’t have available appointments to the public.

I called and was told they’re “not taking any clients right now” even for future appointments…very interesting…

I went to this place for about two-three years and I’ve always enjoyed their service and amazing conversation. For some reason, we had a mix up on the appointment; and every time I mentioned my name they would hang up on me, or my mother. I text, emailed and also attempted to make another appointment in person. I have no idea why, and I had to cut my locks because they refused to help me. Ingrid also told her sister to hang up on me while I was on speaker. So, eh. Good luck to any of you

Everyone is so nice and friendly! Desiree and Ingrid use great products for natural hair types and hairstyles. I had Sister locks installed and I love Love LOVE them! They also have a massage therapist and nail salon inside the shop. One stop pampering
