If I could give zero stars, I would. While other supplies are cheap and there is a variety for products..DO NOT PURCHASE WIGS!!!!! Not only was I not told that there was no refund/ exchanges, not once was it verbalized, I purchased a $60 wig that ripped and disintegrated into pieces upon taking it out of the packaging. The lace completely ripped apart with a simple touch of a finger. The hair was also shedding like crazy. Hasn’t even been 24 hours with the wig and I lost $60 dollars. The least that should be offered is an exchange!

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews! Very disappointed. I used to shop here all the time and always loved the selection of quality items. I recently purchased a Bobbi Boss wig (for twice the amount I could have bought it online), but I was in a pinch. The price was not the problem, though. I have bought this particular wig before and dismissed the fact that she wouldn't let me try it on. I figured it was because of covid. So I got home and tried it on and it didn't fit well. I also noticed that it was really thick on top. I thought maybe I just needed to cut the lace and try it with my hair pinned down better. After I couldn't get it to fit properly I called and she said to bring it in. She put it on me and insisted that it fit even though it slid up every time I smiled or spoke. She w

This place has definitely been reorganized so I will give a star for that. I know her son came in and definitely did his mom a favor by getting rid of a lot of her clutter. But with that being said still TONS OF CLUTTER. Unfortunately his mom is a hoarder and you can't really see what you need to buy without them climbing a ladder and digging things out and you still can't see. I also noticed that some employees reference a pricing sheet located by the register and the owner woman does not reference her price sheet and tried to price gouge me and my daughter. The hair is old, we have seen the same stuff on her shelves not moving. Her attitude used to be friendly in the past now is rude. Robin and Yu are so kind. This store has all you need from hair extensions, wigs, hair, supplies,, nails, eyelashes, makeup, and much more. I have been coming here for years and it’s my one stop shop for everything I need. I highly recommend this store

Had a great experience and easily found what I was looking for. Clerk was very kind and offered me help in finding what I was looking for. A small, but mighty store and worth it.
