I had such a great experience getting my nails done. Booking was very easy and there’s plenty of parking, which made the whole visit simple. Paula was incredibly sweet, and I genuinely enjoyed both the appointment and the final results. My nails came out beautiful and I would absolutely recommend her.

It’s unacceptable for a business to blame a last-minute cancellation on the customer when the scheduled services are no longer offered. Telling a customer there’s a $50 cancellation fee is outrageous—especially when the service is still listed on your website but, according to staff, “hasn’t been offered in a long time.” If a service is no longer available, it should be removed from both your website and social media. Misleading customers and then responding with rudeness when they express frustration is never acceptable. The lack of transparency is entirely the business’s fault.

If I could give more stars I would. Amayah was so accommodating to me last minute when I had some last minute changes. I reached out well before opening hours thinking I had to cancel my facial due to an injury and because of a childcare issue but they responded promptly with a plan filling me with ease. I greatly appreciate you and will continue to be a customer here ! Thank you ! 😊

Such a clean and welcoming environment. Definitely would recommend going here or to salons that prioritize cleanliness and perfection to your nails! 10/10 recommend

10/10!!!! I love this place! I have been 4x now - seen Jen 2x & Amayah 2x - love them BOTH! The other lovely ladies that are there as well are amazing. Everyone is so welcoming & genuinely care for what they do. They take the time with you - you dont feel rushed - you get pampered (as you should when treating yourself) I had a nail bubble in a corner & Amayah answered me back less than 30 minutes after I first messaged her with the "help" message. The days she gave me sadly couldnt work with my work schedule but yet - she still found time to take care of me and is squeezing me in Thursday night at 6. I could not ask for better service. (Jen was able to find me an appointment with Amayah when I had an emergency & had to CX - AMAZING STAFF) If/when I move - I will drive to keep coming here.
